Description and Services
Private and independent apartment consists of a living area with sofa and a kitchen complete with appliances (fridge and microwave) and crockery, wine glasses and pots.
In the sleeping area two large separate bedrooms with ample space for a cot or extra bed. Large bathroom with shower.
Located on the ground floor of the building, the apartment is accessible anywhere to people with disabilities. Direct access to the large garden where you will find outdoor furniture for your outdoor dining. Ample green space with games for children. In a fully fenced property the parking is private and always available.
We supply you with all bed, kitchen and bathroom linen included in the price.
Wifi and air conditioning included.
Check-in from 14:00 to 19:00.
RATES
The rate for 4 guests is € 130 per day, we apply discounts for bookings of one week and more. We invite you to request a quote.
Children stay free up to 3 years if they sleep with their parents or in a cot up to 3 years € 5 per day ( includes cot with sheets and towels). We have a high chair available free of charge.
Extra bed € 10 per night.
Final cleaning € 30 per week or € 5 per day.
A security deposit of € 50 will be required upon arrival. The amount will be completely reimbursed at check-out after checking the condition of the accommodation except for any damage, delivery of tv gate remotes and keys.
From June to August, during holidays, a minimum stay of 2 nights is required, unless otherwise agreed.
Extra services not included
Washing machine € 7.5 per day (includes detergents).
Weekly final cleaning € 30 / € 5 per day.
Baby sitter.
Bicycle rental.
Transportation to and from airports or train station.
Payment methods
To confirm the booking of a room it is necessary to send an e-mail request where the name and surname of the guest is specified, the date of arrival and departure, the number of people with the age of any children, any special requests.
The booking will in any case be confirmed only after the payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount of the stay.
Cancellation
Up to 7 days before arrival, cancellation is free of charge.
From 6 to the day of the arrival or no show involves the payment of the entire booking.
In case of early departure, the payment of the entire booking is required.
