Animals are welcome as long as a leash and muzzle are also available to use in case of need. It is sole responsibility of the owners to control the behaviour of the pet, to make sure it does not disturbs other guests and keep the garden damage free and clean. Onsite there is an old and sweet dog named Agata.
What is the minimum stay in days?

Is the parking safe and private?
The whole property is fenced and parking space is plenty.
Is the apartment for smokers?
It is absolutely NOT allowed to smoke inside the apartments, in case of violation we will request an additional cleaning fee of 50€ per room.
Is the house suitable for childrens?
Yes it is suitable for childrens, in the big garden there is a playground area, surveillance from the parents is always required.
Is airco available?
Yes airco is available, we ask to use it with moderation (22/24 degrees) and only when you are in the apartment, with windows and doors closed.
Are there discounts for long bookings?

Are there any schedule restrictions?
Yes usually rest time is between 13:00 and 15:00, after 23:00. We kindly ask to respect neighbourhood privacy respecting above schedule, the use of the garden in this time is not forbidden..
What are the checkin/out times?
Check-in 14:00 to 19:00, otherwise please call us . Check-out 10:30.
